Enel Green Power has acquired two wind farms in Italy totalling 54.5MW from Amec Foster Wheeler Italiana for €21m.
The projects are located in the southern region of Campania.
They are the 22.5MW Vallesaccarda and 32MW Scampitella facilities in Avellino and have been in operation since 2006 and 2008, respectively.
The deal covers the acquisition of 100% of Amec Foster Wheeler Power from Amec Foster Wheeler Italiana.
