GES has won new contracts for work on wind farms in Egypt, bringing the total capacity covered currently by the country to more than 300MW.
The Spanish company will be in charge of part of the electrical works at a 120MW wind farm, and will also be involved in the installation of a 40MW project.
The work will commence once it has completed installation of a 220MW facility in the country.
GES EMEA sales director Carlos Charray said: “GES has a 300MW background in construction and installation in the Egypt. The company plans to keep growing in this strategic country.”
