John Laing Environmental has acquired the 2.6MW Moel Moelogan 1 wind farm in Wales for a cash consideration of £3m.
The project is located at the same site of the Moel Moelogan 2 wind farm, which John Laing acquired in April, near Llanrwst in Conwy.
It consists of two Bonus 1.3MW turbines.
The company said Moel Moelogan 1 is currently accredited under the non fossil fuel obligation scheme and has been operational since 2003.
