Turbine manufacturer Goldwind Americas has hired Reinhard Sander as vice president of engineering and technology.
Sander (pictured) was previously at Nordex USA, where he was responsible for mechanical and electrical engineering, wind resource assessment, quality management and technical localisation for the company’s US operation.
Goldwind Americas chief executive David Halligan said: “Reinhard will take on a leadership role in driving key product and technology initiatives in partnership with our global team of technical and R&D professionals.”
Goldwind Americas is the US subsidiary of China’s Xinjiang Goldwind Science & Technology Company.
