Korea South-East Power Corp has signed a memorandum of understanding to help promote a 600MW offshore wind farm off in South Korea.
The Jeonnam Wando island wind power project will be located off Wando island in the southern part of the country.
It will be contribute to the 5GW wind power goal for the Jeonnam province, which includes Wando.
No details were provided on timelines for the project.
