Programmed Marine’s offices in Houston, Aberdeen, Dubai and Singapore will operate under the Atlas Professionals name from today.
The move follows the signing in July of an agreement for Atlas to acquire Programmed Marine.
Offices in Australia and New Zealand will continue to run under the Programmed Marine name.
Programmed Marine provides personnel to vessel and marine activities, drilling and rig operations and offshore construction projects.
Programmed Marine international general manager said: “The synergy between Programmed Marine and Atlas Professionals has proven to be very successful.
“I am looking forward to continue growth in these challenging times and welcome the unified brand to further strengthen our niche market position worldwide.”
