The European Investment Bank and French renewables developer Akuo Energy have agreed a €330m investment programme for new clean power assets.
The 40 projects, including wind and solar, have total capacity of almost 400MW and are located in the EU.
French commercial bank Natixis Energeco will help structure the investments, while CIC has also confirmed its involvement in the programme.
EIB vice president Ambroise Fayolle said: “By providing them with optimal financing conditions, the EIB is lending its support to the development of players involved in the energy transition.”
