Vestas is to supply turbines totalling 86MW to Gas Natural Fenosa for five wind farms in Spain.
The order is for combination of V110 2.0MW and V117 and V126 3.45MW machines.
Commissioning and installation is expected in the second half of next year.
Vestas sales executive vice president Juan Araluce said: “Each wind park required different turbine models to optimise performance at the lowest cost of energy and we are proud to see that, once again, Gas Natural Fenosa Renovables has put its trust in our products and expertise.”
The contract was signed at the WindEurope 2017 conference and trade fair today in Amsterdam.
