EnBW has commissioned the 9.9MW Fichtenau wind farm in Baden-Württemberg in Germany.
The project, which is located halfway between Stuttgart and Nuremberg, features three Vestas 3.3MW V126 turbines with 149 metre hub heights and rotor diameters of 126 metres.
EnBW expects the wind farm to generate some 24,400 megawatt hours of electricity a year.
Construction kicked off in April, with the three turbines fully erected in September. Commissioning started in early November.
