Nordex Group has been awarded contracts for turbines totalling 45MW for two unnamed wind farms in Italy.
The German manufacturer said it will supply and install 13 N131 machines on 84-metre towers for the client, which it described as an Italian independent power producer.
Construction is scheduled to start in the third quarter of 2018.
The deal also includes a service agreement for the turbines once the project is operational.
