GE Renewable Energy has secured a maintenance contract for the 54MW Alsleben wind farm in Germany.
The nine-year deal is with Dortmunder Energie und Wasserversorgung, a subsidiary of the municipal utility of Dortmund.
It includes the implementation of remote monitoring, as well as regular and preventive maintenance and component replacement when needed.
Alsleben, which features 36 GE 1.5sl turbines, is located in Saxony-Anhalt.
