Dong Energy is seeking a cloud-based system to help in the measurement and assessment of site conditions when developing and operating offshore wind farms.
The system will be used in the measurement of wind, wave, load and power curves at specific sites.
The contract would run from the 20 February next year until 19 February 2022 and could be renewed for three 12 month periods.
Up to five companies will be invited to tender, with interested parties having until 19 October to submit a tender or request to participate.
