Vattenfall has contracted Norwegian engineering and consultancy Head Energy for work at the 406MW Horns Rev 3 offshore wind farm in Denmark.
The work will involve client representation and quality surveillance during pre-assembly, load out, installation and completion of turbines.
The contract also covers marine coordination centre services.
Head Energy said its team will be supported and managed from the company’s office in Esbjerg.
Head Energy Denmark general manager Anders Frederiksen said: “Vattenfall is a prestigious client and we are looking forward to delivering tier one personnel and second to none services.”
