Fred Olsen Windcarrier jack-up Brave Tern has installed 30 of the 70 turbines at Iberdrola’s 350MW Wikinger offshore wind farm in the German Baltic Sea.
Iberdrola said that 20 of the 5MW Adwen machines are now operational.
Brave Tern started installing the turbines in January.
The offshore wind farm is Iberdrola’s first in Germany and is scheduled to be fully operational by the end of the year.
