Denmark and Mexico have announced a new three-year partnership to cooperate on renewable energy, climate change and energy efficiency.
The new initiative has a budget of Dkr34m (€4.6m) and will come into force on 1 July.
It builds on an existing partnership between the two countries that has been running for the last three years.
The partnership has seen the Danish electricity system operator Energinet support its Mexican counterpart CENACE on the integration of more renewable energy in Mexico.
Denmark has also helped Mexico set out a plan for deploying more renewables.
