The board of Finnish wave developer has appointed founder Heikki Paakkinen as its new chief executive officer.
The move follows the decision by former CEO Aki Luukkainen to step down down after four years at the helm and leave the company.
Paakkinen took up the new position on 1 February.
The company said: “The Wello team wants to thank Aki for all the effort he has made and also wishes all the best in the new upcoming challenges.”
