Offshore service provider Bluestream has completed inspections at the DolWin Alpha and Beta and BorWin Alpha HVDC platforms in the German North Sea.
The Dutch company used remotely operated underwater vehicles, drones, divers and rope access technicians to carry out the work. It also deployed a cathodic protection drop cell to inspect subsea jacket structures.
Drones were manned by pilots from partner company Skeye.
Bluestream commercial manager Anton Janssens said: “One of the reasons why we were tasked with carrying out this extensive inspection work was the technical efficiency with which we approached each project.”
