Fugro has been contracted by Vattenfall to carry out surveys for the 600MW Kriegers Flak offshore wind farm off the coast of Denmark.
The Dutch outfit will perform geotechnical and geophysical site investigation work, according to the contract award notice.
Vattenfall won the tender to develop the €1.3bn Kriegers Flak project in November last year following a bid of about €50/MWh.
Kriegers Flak is planned to be commissioned in 2022 and will be Denmark’s largest offshore wind farm.
