Deutsche Offshore Consult has signed a framework agreement with Vattenfall for the installation management of subsea power cables for offshore wind farm projects in Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands and the UK.
The four-year deal will involve Deutsche Offshore Consult supporting installation, marine coordination and offshore construction.
The German company will also provide other services for Vattenfall, including documentation, quality standards for project implementation, and vessel management.
The companies have previously worked on the 288MW Sandbank offshore wind farm in the German North Sea.
Deutsche Offshore Consult managing director Oliver Spalthoff said: “We are convinced that our team of offshore experts has the required know-how for these tasks.”
