GE Renewable Energy has confirmed it will supply a total of 120MW at two wind farms in eastern France.
The manufacturer will deliver 43 120 2.75MW units to the Rougemont and Vaite wind farms being developed by Opale Energies Naturelles on behalf of Velocita Energies.
The deal also includes a full service agreement.
Construction will start in the second half of 2016, with most of the turbines to be installed in late next year.
One additional construction phase will be in later 2017, with the first phase of commercial operations in early 2017 and full operation in 2018.
