ET Energy and a fellow Chinese partner have signed an agreement with UiTM Solar Power to co-develop a 61MW photovoltaic plant in Malaysia.
The project, which will be built in Gambang, will comprise more than 220,000 solar panels installed over a 45-hectare site.
ET Energy will work with the Northwest Electric Power Design Institute of the China Power Engineering Consulting Group to deliver engineering, procurement, construction, operation and maintenance for the project.
ET Energy president and chief executive Dennis She said: “We are proud to have been selected as a full-line supplier for one of the largest solar systems in Malaysia.”
