London-listed NextEnergy Solar Fund’s 48 UK photovoltaic assets had total installed capacity of 483MW at the end of the last financial year.
The fund said it had a pipeline of acquisition targets in negotiation and further UK solar opportunities under consideration for over 269MW.
Its net asset value stood at £478.6m at the end of March, the company said in its annual results.
NextEnergy Solar Fund chairman Kevin Lyon said: “In the dynamic solar industry, NESF is well placed to take advantage of the multiple growth opportunities available.”
