London-listed NextEnergy Solar Fund has completed the acquisition of two operating solar plants in the UK with combined capacity of 21.7MW.
The fund said it paid £26.4m (€28.4m) for the two plants.
It now has 50 solar plants in its portfolio with total capacity of 505MW.
The investment value of the portfolio is £581m, NextEnergy said.
