SunPower has completed the installation of an 8.79MW solar facility at Toyota Motor North America’s headquarters in Texas.
The project, located in Plano, consist of more than 20,000 of SunPower’s E-series panels.
SunPower was also responsible for the original design of the solar facility.
The system meets approximately one-third of Toyota’s onsite electricity needs, SunPower said.
