Vattenfall is seeking foundation contractors for a nearly 1GW trio of Danish offshore wind farms.
The Swedish utility has gone to market for monopiles and transition pieces for the 600MW Kriegers Flak and the 350MW Vesterhav North & South projects.
Suppliers will be able to bid on separate lots across each wind farm segment or any combination.
There will be up to 75 foundations at Kriegers in the Baltic and up to 25 at each half of Vesterhav in the North Sea.
Substructures will support next-generation turbines of at least 8MW and contracts will be carried out between 2019 and end-2021.
Expressions of interest are due before 20 October.
