BayWa is to provide long-term operations and maintenance for a 153MW solar portfolio owned by Magnetar in the UK.
The 15-year contract covers 16 projects in England and Wales and includes an option to extend the deal to a further 190MW of assets at a later date.
BayWa global head of operations Tobias Bittkau said: “We can offer our partners both innovative, industry-leading service and bankable long-term reliability.”
The deal follows a similar tie-up with Good Energy.
BayWa now services more than 900MW of solar assets in the UK and more than 2.9GW of renewable projects around the world.
