GE Renewable Energy is to supply Engie with 32 turbines for the 119MW Willogoleche wind farm in South Australia.
The project will consist of 24 3.8MW machines and eight 3.4MW units, with tip heights of 150 metres and 130-metre rotor diameters.
Willogoleche, which is located 160km north of Adelaide, is scheduled for completion in mid-2018.
Catcon has been contracted to build the wind farm.
GE Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea chief executive Geoff Culbert,said: “We are excited to be working with Engie on this project, and to continue our commitment to serving the energy needs of South Australia.”
