ABO Wind has increased its profit forecast for the current financial year following successful developments in France, Germany, Ireland, Spain and Argentina.
The German company said it expects to achieve a surplus at least as high as last year’s €16.5m.
By the end of 2017, ABO wind expects to commission 100MW in Germany, while the construction of three wind farms totalling 60MW in Finland is “proceeding according to schedule”.
The company has also sold more than 100MW of French wind farms to Czech utility CEZ, 35MW of wind in the UK and is about to start construction of the Cappawhite B project in Ireland.
It has also recently sold the 52.5MW Motilla wind farm in Spain and is planning to sell more projects in Argentina, where it sold 350MW last year.
