CEZ has bought nine wind farms in France totalling 101.8MW from ABO Wind.
The move marks the Czech utility’s first move into the French wind market.
According to the terms of the agreement, ABO Wind will connect the projects, which are at different planning stages, to the grid over the next few years.
It will also be responsible for operational management once the projects come online.
