Strategic Marine and BMT Nigel Gee will unveil two new crew transfer vessel (CTV) designs for work on offshore wind farms at the Seawork International event next week.
The shipbuilder and marine engineering consultancy will display models of the StratCAT30 and StratCAT38.
The companies said the vessels have features that can provide increased capabilities to wind farm service operators who want to leave crews at sea for longer periods of time, work further offshore and operate in a higher sea state.
The vessels will be able to withstand rougher waters at sea with increased time offshore, while continuing to ensure safe crew transfers, they added.
Seawork International takes place in Southampton on 13 to 15 June.
