Developer ABO Wind has commissioned two wind farms totalling 18.1MW in the Rhineland-Palatinate region of Germany.
The 13.3MW Breit, Büdlich, Schönberg and Heidenburg community project features four Vestas V112 machines with 140-metre hub heights.
Two Nordex N117 turbines with 141-metre hub heights make up the 4.8MW Berger Wacken wind farm in Berglicht.
ABO Wind said it expects the two projects to generate a combined 44 million kilowatt hours of electricity a year.
