Boralex has reached financial close totalling €46.4m for the 30MW Chemin de Grès wind farm in France.
Finance for the project, which is located in the Nord department in the communes of Viesly and Saint-Python, comes from a syndicate of lenders led by Crédit Industriel et Commercial, Bpifrance Financement and Arkea Banque Entreprise et Institutionnels.
It consists of €40m in direct financing and VAT credit of €6.4m, Boralex said.
Chemin de Grès is slated for commissioning in late 2017.
