German asset and investment manager KGAL has taken control of two wind farms in Sweden totalling 15.4MW from Eolus.
Eolus completed the four-turbine Gunillaberg and three-turbine Lunna projects in Jönköping and Askersund municipalities fulfilling all the conditions of the sale to KGAL.
KGAL and Eolus signed a sales agreement in December 2016 regarding the two projects, which consist of seven Vestas 2.2MW machines.
Eolus will provide asset management services for the wind farms.
