Azure Power is to develop a 260MW solar plant in the Indian state of Gujarat.
The company secured the rights in an auction conducted by local electrical services company Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam.
The project will deliver electricity to Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam under a 25-year agreement.
Commissioning is expected in 2019.
