Equinor has divested a shareholding in Scatec..
The company said the transaction amounts to around €1.43 billion and leaves it with an 8.05% stake in Scatec.

Equinor added it has entered into a 90-day lock-up agreement for its remaining shareholding.
Equinor became a minority shareholder in Scatec in 2018 and increased its holding to 16.12% through purchases between 2019 and 2023.
The company’s average in-price is around €7.20 per share, including dividends received.
Equinor and Scatec remain partners in the Apodi and Mendubim solar assets in Brazil, with these arrangements unaffected by the transaction.
