Arenso’s operative management has closed a deal to buy the Finnish company’s offshore wind operation.
Arenso was founded in the demerger of Suomen Hyötytuuli Oy in the autumn of 2024.
The company has over twenty-five years of experience in developing, constructing and operating wind energy.
The services part of Arenso’s business will now become Hyötytuuli Services Oy.
Hyötytuuli Services focuses on providing wind energy services to Suomen Hyötytuuli Oy.
Changes resulting from the name change will be carried out during the spring, and the companies will provide updates as the changes progress.
Arenso’s offshore team has been transferred to the new company that continues its operations under the name Arenso.
The company will continue to work on the Tahkoluoto Offshore Oy’s offshore wind project, Arenso said in a release.
