Vestas has secured a 17MW turbine order in Japan from an undisclosed customer.
The company said the project will use four V117-4.2MW turbines and includes a 10-year AOM4000 service agreement.

Vestas added that delivery is planned for the first quarter of 2027 with commissioning scheduled for 2028.
The project name and customer have not been disclosed.
