Edda Wind ASA has entered into agreements involving the potential sale of its fleet of SOV and CSOV vessels, including newbuilds.
The vessels would be split between two buyers, North Star, a Partners Group portfolio company, and an affiliate of Navigare Capital Partners A/S, according to Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA.

Completion of the sale is conditional upon inspections being completed and certain conditions precedent being satisfied.
Wilhelmsen New Energy AS, a firm controlled by Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA, indirectly owns 37.76% of the entire issued share capital of Edda Wind ASA.
