Nexra has signed a firm contract to execute an operations and maintenance campaign across two offshore wind farms in Taiwan.
Cadeler said the deal, with an undisclosed client, has an expected value of more than €20m and will run from March 2026 for three to four months using the Wind Maker installation vessel.
According to Cadeler, the campaign will be delivered by Nexra, its dedicated O&M service concept launched last year to support projects throughout their operational lifetime.
Mikkel Gleerup, chief executive of Cadeler, said: “This contract underlines Nexra’s strength in execution and flexibility to respond quickly to client needs in the operational phase of offshore wind farms.”
Gleerup added: “In securing near-term campaigns such as this, Nexra demonstrates its ability to drive utilisation across Cadeler’s fleet, while continuing to deliver the reliability and technical expertise our clients expect.”
The company said O&M activities accounted for about one fifth of its revenue in 2025, reflecting the growing importance of the aftermarket as newer 10–15MW turbines enter operation.
Cadeler noted it established Nexra in 2025 to strengthen long-term client relationships and expand service and maintenance capability.
Nexra’s portfolio includes Zaratan, Wind Scylla and Wind Keeper, with flexibility to use additional vessels when required.
