The 25-turbine portfolio spans four locations with an average annual output of 275GWh.
SUSI added that the assets were acquired through four transactions between December 2018 and June 2019.
After seven years of asset management, the portfolio will be handed over to NRGi Renewables.
SUSI stated that SREF II built 662MW of renewable capacity with annual production of about 2TWh across 11 countries.
It added that projects were typically acquired at ready-to-build stage and supported by active oversight and value-adding initiatives.
