Vestas has secured 188MW worth of turbines across three Irish wind farms as part of the company’s fourth quarter intake.
Invis Energy has ordered seven V150-6.0 MW machines for the Knocknamork project in county Cork, with delivery planned to begin in the third quarter of 2026, and commissioning scheduled for the second quarter of 2027.

Vestas also announced orders for a pair of undisclosed clients.
Eleven V117-4.3 MW machines are headed to Ireland for an undisclosed client with an unspecified delivery timeline.
Vestas will also deliver 22 V136-4.5 MW turbines to Ireland for an undisclosed client beginning in the first quarter of 2027.
Commissioning on the 99MW order is set to begin in the third quarter of 2027.
