Subsea Micropiles has appointed former DEME Group chief financial officer Els Verbraecken as a non-executive director as it targets further international expansion.
The specialist subsea foundations and anchoring company said Verbraecken (pictured with Carl Goran Dandanell, Chair of Subsea Micropilesand Derek Robertson, CEO of Subsea Micropiles) brings extensive experience in corporate finance and strategic leadership from her 12 years at DEME, where she helped take the firm public in 2022 and oversaw its global growth across offshore wind, environmental remediation and marine infrastructure.
Verbraecken said: “I am excited to join the board of Subsea Micropiles at such an exciting stage of development.
