Nordex Group has surpassed 40GW in global sales of its Delta4000 turbine platform, eight years after the launch of the first model in 2017.
The achievement represents half of the company’s entire sold fleet since its founding 40 years ago.
Nordex said the Delta4000 series has become the backbone of its portfolio, offering high flexibility and adaptability across a wide range of wind conditions.
Recent additions include the N175/6.X, which has already secured nearly 2000MW in orders in markets such as Germany, Finland, Greece, Italy, Portugal and Latvia. A 7MW variant has also been introduced.
In Germany, the N175/6.X is available with hub heights of 112m, 162m, 179m and 199m using proprietary and third-party hybrid tower technology.
The company added that all Delta4000 turbines feature optimised sound, power and load profiles tailored for site-specific conditions.
