The Estonian government has received 10 applications in the Saaremaa development rights tender.
Four developers are competing for the Saare 3 site while three applicants have made bids for each of the Saare 2.1 and 2.2 plots.
Bidders include Deep Wind Offshore and Utilitas Wind.
Auctions may be held 60 days after assessments of the applications are completed.
The auctions will be held in June should they be required with a starting price of €15,000 per square kilmoetre.
The size of the Saare 2.1 area is approximately 163.8 square kilometres and the starting price for this area is €2,457,000, the size of the Saare 2.2 area is approximately 88.5 square kilometres and its starting price is approximately €1,327,500.
The size of the Saare 3 area is 20.1 square kilometres and its starting price is €301,500.
The winner of the auction is the participant that makes the highest bid.
