Glenevin and Volt Group (Scotland) have signed a memorandum of understanding for future infrastructure project co-operation, confirming collaboration on clean energy and electrical & civil infrastructure projects.
The partnership will provide complementary civils/construction and telecoms capability with electrical and renewables technical capability for both projects and infrastructure frameworks.
The scope of the agreement will cover existing facilities management, electrical, telecoms, fibre, solar, plant hire, traffic management and electric vehicle infrastructure work.
The agreement also provides for Glenevin and Volt Group (Scotland) to build additional capability across utilities, battery storage, wind, hydrogen, DNO projects and framework agreements, HV and grid infrastructure.
Established in 2013 by Shaun Devlin, Glenevin has grown its footprint in the UK on the principles of customer care, teamwork and quality.
Its focus is telecoms, civils and utilities with an emphasis on excellence in project and programme management.
Established in 2019 by Paul Cole, Volt Group (Scotland) provides construction services and expertise in both electrical and renewables infrastructure across a wide range of renewables disciplines, mechanical, electrical and EV markets.
