Alpha Real Capital, a specialist manager of secure income real assets, has closed three wind power acquisitions worth over £90m.
The acquisitions concern a 27.45MW wind portfolio consisting of 10 turbines located in Fife, County Durham and Bedfordshire, from a fund manager, a 9.2MW wind portfolio of 14 turbines located in Cumbria, from EIS funds and a 500kW single turbine site located in Leicestershire, from private owners.
Alpha Real Capital’s dedicated renewable infrastructure team has now deployed over £900m in equity since 2013, with 40% of that coming in the last two years.
