Offshore wind vessels provider Cadeler has increased its management team by three, including promoting Peter Kragh Jacobsen, who is the company’s Chief Technical Officer (CTO).
Kragh Jacobsen (pictured) joined Cadeler in September 2021 as responsible for leading the company’s newbuild vessel programme, before being appointed CTO in July 2022.
He previously worked at Maersk as CTO and Head of Projects and Newbuilds.
The other two new members of the senior management team are Pernille Korsager who joined the company in May 2022 as the company’s General Counsel and Carina Cappelen who joined as Chief People and Culture Officer (CPCO) this month.
The senior management team at the vessels owner is now seven-strong.
The reason behind the decision to expand is to increase the range of different competencies in the senior management team, while positioning the organisation for growth in the years to come, Cadeler said.
Mikkel Gleerup, CEO of Cadeler, said: “Our ability to remain successful comes down to the skills and capacities of our people.
“Our new senior management members will add valuable knowledge and experience to the team, making sure we are well prepared as demand for our services continues to be strong.”
