ERG has announced that the Laszki onshore wind farm in Poland’s southeast county of Jaroslaw is now operational.
The wind farm, developed and built internally, counts 18 Vestas V100 turbines of 2MW each and will have a total installed capacity of 36MW and overall production of around 90GWh per year, avoiding the emission of 76,000 tonnes of CO2 every year.
The wind farm will benefit from a regulated tariff, indexed to inflation, for a duration of 15 years starting from commercial operation.
CEO of ERG Paolo Merli commented: “The commissioning of the Laszki wind farm in Poland follows that of Piotrkòw, which came into operation in July of this year, bringing the total installed capacity in the country to 142MW, in line with our renewable portfolio growth and geographical diversification targets.”
