Windea, a Germany-based services provider to the offshore wind industry, has undergone a corporate redesign.
Under the Windea brand, the companies Bernhard Schulte Offshore, Buss Offshore Solutions and Ems Maritime Offshore, are bundling their knowledge and wide range of services for the construction and operation of offshore wind farms.
Since 2011, the joint venture has been offering holistic logistics and supply solutions for the offshore wind industry, to clients that include EnBW, GE, Iberdrola, Northland Power, RWE and Siemens Gamesa.
Windea’s services span provision of vessels, including crew transfer and service operations vessels, port and logistics, helicopter chartering, blade maintenance, balance of plant as well as control room services.
