US renewables developer PivotGen has hired ex-Goldwind USA finance boss Shari Erwin as its new chief financial officer.
Erwin will lead the accounting and finance functions of the company’s repowering efforts.
Prior to joining PivotGen, Erwin was the CFO of Goldwind USA, Inc., a subsidiary of one of the world’s largest wind turbine manufacturers, where she led the accounting and finance functions for North and Central America.
PivotGen recently announced a partnership with the Ayala-led ACEN Corporation and UPC Solar & Wind Investments LLC to acquire US wind projects with the purpose of extending the lives of those projects through repowering.
“I’m very excited about joining PivotGen and the opportunities that lie ahead,” said Erwin.
“Combining a strong financial commitment with a sound business plan will allow PivotGen to execute on its vision of delivering renewable energy solutions to the market.”
